Delivery

Production Time:

• For customized products, please allow approximately 7-21 business days from the date of your order for your product to be shipped.
• For products that are in stock, we will send your order within 2 business days from the date of your order.
• If your customized order includes items that are in stock, the shipping time will be the same as for customized products, approximately 7-21 business days from the date of your order.
• In the case of wholesale/team orders, the lead time may be longer and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Time:

• We use a UPS courier service. International orders require a physical street address and phone number, and deliveries will not be made on weekends or holidays. The shipping time for international orders usually takes 3 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country.

International Delivery:

• For retail orders within the European Union, a 21% VAT will be added to the order total.
• Delivery outside the European Union is carried out in accordance with international trade rules (INCOTERMS CIF). The prices of goods and delivery costs do not include VAT and customs fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer. The amount of these fees will depend on the value of the goods (without discounts) and the cost of transporting the parcel (without discounts). We are not responsible for any customs fees, nor can we accept a package (or return a package to Poland) that is held in a customs office.
