How can I make a payment for my order?

We offer secure and fast payment methods including card and PayPal on our online store.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

The delivery time will depend on your location. Customized products will be delivered within 7-21 business days from the date of your order. Non-customized products that are in stock will be shipped within 2 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all our parcels come with a tracking number. As soon as the shipment documents are created, we send an email containing the tracking information.

Can I return a product?

Non-customized products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. However, returns are not applicable to customized products.

How do I add my name and number to the product?

After choosing the size and color, there will be an option to "add name" and "add number". You can type in your desired name and number there, choose the font and color, and even select a border color. If the option is not available for the design you choose, you can type your name and number in the "comments" section during checkout and we will add it for you.

Can I add sponsor logos to my product?

Is it necessary to have an account and what are its benefits?

You do not need an account to make a purchase, but creating an account can make checkout easier. By subscribing to our newsletter, you can receive early access to our promotions and new collections.

How can I become a sponsored athlete?

To apply for sponsorship, please fill out the sponsorship request form on our website. Our sponsorship department will contact you directly if they are interested in collaborating.
